Director of Human Resource and Talent Management for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, to include 5 deployments in support of both Operation Enduring and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Various roles in Human Resource Leadership with several large and well-established organizations to include Human Resource and Sales Instructor for Geico Insurance Company and Branch and Human Resource Manager for Allways Caring homecare. US Army senior veteran, retired.

Education Philosophy and Approach: I understand that Human Resources is essential and the heartbeat of every organization; I feel that my role as an educator contributes to this concept by shaping future professionals towards sustainability and servitude.
